Built from the first line of each box. Blank spots are not failures; they just show what to figure out next. And all three paths are real options; none is a backup plan.
The test behind every box: if this future works, what will an ordinary day feel like?
Rate the eight areas of your life, find the question that really matters, name what you'd protect on any path, sketch three possible futures, and pick one small thing to try. Fill it in any order; a sentence per line is enough. Not sure about a box? "Not sure yet" is a useful answer too.

This page is the do-it-yourself version. The life-designer-pro skill walks you through the same canvas in a short conversation (about five minutes), asks the follow-up questions a page cannot, and keeps your map up to date as your life moves.
